Golden Apple Restaurant Pasta Festival

In August the Golden Apple Boutique Hotel is running a special pasta month, and invites its patrons to sample the true taste of Italy. The Hotel Chef has prepared a great surprise for pasta amateurs. He has collected recipes from all corners of Italy, and is ready to satisfy gourmands with a wide variety of pastas. Classical spaghetti, tagliatelle, linguine, penne, lasagna and fettuccine are complemented by delicious sauces and spices. Some favorites are Penne with Mozzarella, Sauce Marsala and Green Peas (380 RUR); Seafood Risotto with Fresh Herbs (820 RUR); and Spaghetti with Mussels and Fresh Tomatoes (440 RUR). The food menu is accompanied by Italian wines chosen by the attentive sommelier to give you the full taste of Italy in Moscow.

Pumpkin Special at the Golden Apple Hotel

Alexander Kutepov, the new chef at the Golden Apple Restaurant, has come up with a seasonal pumpkin festival and invites guests to enjoy the autumn melon. From the 1st of October until the last day of the month, usually celebrated as Halloween, Alexander will keep up his pumpkin magic. Roasted Duck Liver with Brioche Croutons, Pumpkin Chutney, Raspberry and Pumpkin Sauce, Sweet Pumpkin Soup with Beets, Cebulet Onion and Whipped Cream will create an appropriate accompaniment to devilish candles and pumpkin heads. For seafood lovers Chef Kutepov will prepare special Sautés Scallops with Baby Pattisons, Tomatoes Fondue, Pumpkin and Wasabi Purée or Medallions of very rare Tuna Steak with Asparagus and Sweet Chili Pumpkin sauce.
