The menu specializes in modern Japanese delicacies and the menu reminds me of fashionable Nobu: black cod, Kobe meat, fried prawns with hot creamy sauce.

The freshest and the most delicious sushi in Moscow. Sumosan is famous not only in the Russian capital, same named restaurant has been pleasing fans of Japanese cuisine for years in London. Spicy tuna rolls, soft shell crab and California rolls have the constant fresh and incredibly appetizing savor. The location of the restaurants could be better since in Radisson Slavyanskaya hotel the restaurant is on public display among boutiques and hotel bar. But Shogun in Balchug Kempinsky hotel has a better view of Moscow River and Kremlin. It also offers private rooms and more formal atmosphere. Establishments of famous restaurateur Volkov are popular among known businessmen and politicians. It is almost a tradition for many fans of Japanese cuisine - serious negotiations and recent news discussions have to go with expansive sushi and rare Japanese plum wine.
